General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ghzy platform and all its services. By accessing the website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

ghzy is an online entertainment platform in Bangladesh offering casino games, sports betting, and other digital gaming services. The platform is secured with SSL encryption and follows a fair play policy.

These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. If there is any conflict between the Bengali and English versions, the Bengali version will take precedence.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To open an account on the ghzy platform and use any of its services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing from a country where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must be a legally competent individual with the capacity to enter into a legal agreement.

• You must operate the account in your own name and on your own behalf — playing or placing bets on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

Account Registration

3.1 Account Security

Keep your account login details completely confidential. If unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify the support team immediately. ghzy will not be liable for any loss caused by third-party access unless it is established that the incident was due to ghzy's own failure.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and current. ghzy reserves the right to close an account at any time if false or misleading information is provided.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Transactions on the ghzy platform can be made via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking and bank transfer methods.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ghzy supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No other methods are currently accepted.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per method
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required if account verification is needed or unusual activity is suspected.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Conversion to foreign currency will be carried out at ghzy's prevailing exchange rate.

4.5 Withdrawal Prerequisites

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be held if active bonus wagering requirements on the account have not been met.

Bonuses & Promotions

ghzy offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which should be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳32,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (on the bonus amount). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each bonus has a specific validity period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion explicitly allows it.
• ghzy reserves the right to verify eligibility for any bonus offer.
• If manipulation or misuse of any bonus offer is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

ghzy's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback, and Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular play.

Fair Play Policy

ghzy guarantees fair and transparent outcomes across all games. All games used on our platform are tested and use auditable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

Players should be aware that a house edge exists in all games over the long term. This means the platform earns an average profit over time. Gambling at home or professionally should not be considered a guaranteed source of income.

In the sports betting section, hypothetical scenarios such as a "Bangladesh vs India" match are used as market examples — these are for illustrative purposes only and should not be taken as actual match information, dates, or results.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ghzy:

• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in games.
• Creating multiple accounts to misuse bonuses.
• Exploiting system errors or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Bribery, fraud, or any form of deception.
• Operating third-party betting services through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users.

Account Suspension & Closure

ghzy reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

8.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Additional information is required for identity verification.
• An ongoing investigation into suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• Concerns related to responsible gambling.

8.2 Reasons for Closure

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity being established.
• A voluntary account closure request by the user.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Please settle all pending bets and withdraw any available balance before making the request. This process can be initiated by contacting the support team.

Limitation of Liability

ghzy and its operators, employees, and representatives will not be liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by temporary platform unavailability or technical errors.
• Incomplete transactions due to internet connection failures.
• Loss caused by a user's own negligence or failure to protect account information.
• Delayed payments due to failure on the part of third-party service providers.
• Financial loss incurred by a user as a result of gambling.

In any case, ghzy's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
